By Making a booking or purchasing from Evolve you are agreeing to the below policies. If details below are not up to date at time of need consumer affair laws apply over these policies & Evolve acknowledges these laws. At time of writing these policies they are in line with consumer Law.

Packages When purchasing pre-paid services to gain a discount a refund will not be given for change of mind. How ever if you wish not to continue your course a credit note will be given to use in the salon on another service/product purchase unless in extreme circumstances we can not accomodate your credit into something at the salon another arrangement will be made.

Failure to follow booking policy for pre paid services / Membership treatments below may result in a service off your package being made void (which means one is taken off your package)

Booking Deposits

When booking an appointment at Evolve there is a booking deposit required to secure your appointment. These are automatically done online when booking from $20 up to 50% of your booking , how ever if you book in salon a deposit is required to be paid & a booking credit will be placed on your account to be rendered against your chosen booking. If you book many appointments ahead you have the option to leave the credit in your account at the salon and use it when ever you please just by notifying staff. If you are booking ahead of time you will be required to pay your deposit within 48 hours of your invoice being emailed if this is not paid this may result in your booking being moved out from the calendar and you may loose your appointment time.  In the even you fail to show to your booking or do not supply sufficient notice to cancel the deposit paid will be used as a cancellation fee up to 50% of the booking cost see below. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Our time is as important as yours so if you need to rebook/reschedule your appointment we ask you to provide us 48 hours notice. So we can offer the space to someone else. We send a text message confirmation to you 3 days prior to your appointment with the number provided on your new client form OR Consultation forms, so that you have sufficient time to cancel/ rebook. If our request is ignored there will be a fee charged of up to 50% of your appointment.  We  use the booking deposit in your account in the salon to cover this fee. Then there will be required another booking deposit to be paid before your next appointment, This fee will cover a loss incurred to the business including wages and open and prepared stock. If you have a pre-paid package of services or membership ( Skin work out program) & fail to show or do not provide sufficient notice to cancel you will lose one service off the prepaid package that you have purchased. 

Long Bookings/ Wedding Bookings 

Bookings for more than 2+ hours will require a 20% deposit to secure the booking. The booking will be made and need to be confirmed by payment before 48 hours or booking will be deleted. This also requires a minimum of 48 hours notice or your deposit made will be void. Wedding parties will require a 20% booking fee of the total booked. You can customise your services booked and will receive a booking discount of the full price. 10% for up to 3 people, 15% for 3 or more people. All wedding bookings need to be confirmed 14 days prior to the booking and deposit will be void if cancelled within 14 days. 

Returns policy 

A refund or credit note will be issued for an allergic reaction,  proof of reaction must be proven via a photo or coming into the salon.

All reactions to O cosmedics skin care are followed by guide lines from INSKIN. Policy from INSKIN is to have photographic evidence, we send this to headquarters and wait for a response. If a true reaction has taken place there will be a replacement/ refund of that particular product otherwise if just a response there will be new instructions sent on how to change up use of the product. There will be no “clean swaps” of skin care until we have heard back from INSKIN.

A replacement for a faulty product will be supplied within 14 days, and no more that 50% of the product used.

Change Of mind- a credit note will be issued within 7 days if you change your mind. The product must be unused, undamaged, un opened and in original state with receipt.

This is current and in line with consumer affairs.

If multiple no shows/ late cancellations occur, you may be required to pay for your appointment in full before booking being made. Your notice time starts from your booking time inside business hours  for example you are booked 3 pm Wednesday you will be required to cancel before 3pm Monday. If you are booked in on3 pm Monday you will be required to notify before 3 pm Saturday.

Contact to Evolve must take place during business hours. You can cancel / reschedule your appointment by calling the salon on 8396 399 or replying NO to your text message sent 3 days prior to your appointment.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS THROUGH EMAIL OR FACEBOOK

Services in salon If a service in salon is not completed to satisfaction we must be notified as soon as possible so we can rectify/repair/replace with in 7 days of your appointment after this time it becomes difficult to decipher what has gone wrong. This can be done by calling the land line on 8396 3399 / emailing the salon owner at info@evolveskinrejuvenation.com.au with ATTN to Meagan.

Gift vouchers – Standard vouchers purchased have a 3 year expiry from purchase date. We do not look up vouchers on our system if you miss place or lose them. If no physical gift card is present it will be deemed as lost and not able to be used.

Promotional Gift Cards – From time to time Evolve will run a promotion such as Mothers Day. These vouchers are of a discounted promotional rate and only hold 12 months expiry.

Discounts & Birthday vouchers from Evolve Skin Rejuvenation Clinic – Have a set expiry noted on the voucher. And can not be used on any promotional services such as facebook promotions. sms promotions in salon, Skin work out discounted treatments. At all times the booking will automatically revert to a full priced service at the time of payment.
